Nick was so easy to work with. Confirming every detail of our 2 pick ups. He was friendly, on time and assisted with our bags at the hotel as my husband has a disability and there was no one to help at the hotel. I would use Nick again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him to others thanks again Nick for everything.

We had a cruise planned with about 13 people to include an infant. (He transported 13 people, luggage, car seat, and stroller in 1 vehicle) I contacted Florida Shuttle by way of Google search to plan for transport to and from the airport on the first and final day of our trip. Nick made the process simple and was knowledgable about the area. He assisted with ideas during planning. I was not expecting that, but I was in a crunch and needed to schedule as soon as possible. He was professional. We arrived earlier than planned for my return trip. Nick was there and it worked out fine. He was understanding and willing to work with me despite original transport plans.
